General Formulations® GFC201QS Quick-Split™ 3.4-mil Matte White Vinyl is a printable permanent vinyl designed for decals, stickers, point-of-purchase graphics, nameplates, window graphics, and general indoor or outdoor signage. This film is built for wide-format digital print production where a matte white printable surface, permanent adhesion, and faster liner removal are important.
This material features a 3.4 mil polymeric matte white calendered vinyl construction with a clear permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. The matte white surface provides a clean, low-glare print face for graphics, text, and promotional signage, while the permanent adhesive develops a strong bond to many common graphic substrates after installation. General Formulations lists GF 201QS as a Quick-Split version of GF 201, using the same general permanent matte white vinyl construction with a scored liner for faster application handling.
The Quick-Split™ liner is the key feature on this product. Instead of a standard layflat liner, GFC201QS uses an 84# Quick-Split™ scored liner with a universal 1.25" spaced scored pattern, allowing the backing paper to split and peel away more easily during decal and sticker installation. This helps improve handling efficiency for decals, labels, retail graphics, and general signage where fast, clean liner separation is helpful.
GFC201QS is compatible with common wide-format digital printing systems including solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV curable inks, making it suitable for shops producing printed decals, POP displays, window graphics, nameplates, and permanent general signage.
