General Formulations® GFC302QS Quick-Split™ 3.4-mil Matte White Removable Vinyl is a printable removable vinyl designed for temporary interior and exterior signage, decals, point-of-purchase graphics, window graphics, nameplates, and general signage applications. This film is built for wide-format digital print production where clean removability and faster decal handling are important.
This material features a 3.4 mil polymeric matte white calendered vinyl construction with a clear removable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. The matte white surface provides a low-glare printable face for graphics, text, and promotional signage, while the removable adhesive allows the film to be removed cleanly for up to 1 year under recommended conditions. General Formulations lists GF 302QS as compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, UV curable, screen, and UV offset printing systems.
The Quick-Split™ scored liner is the key difference on this product. Instead of using a standard liner, GF 302QS is laminated to an 84# Quick-Split™ scored liner with pre-cut slits that allow the backing paper to split when the decal is bent, creating an easier starting point for peeling and installation. This makes the film especially useful for decals, stickers, retail graphics, window graphics, and general signage where faster liner removal and easier handling can improve production and installation efficiency.
