MacTac® Printvinyl Scored PVS528UR 3.2-mil Matte White Ultra-Removable Print Film is a printable vinyl film designed for decals, stickers, promotional graphics, wall graphics, window graphics, signage, and short-term display applications where easy liner removal and clean removability are important. This film is built for wide-format digital and screen print production using a matte white printable surface and an ultra-removable adhesive system.
This material features a 3.2 mil matte white polymeric vinyl film with an ultra-removable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. The matte surface helps reduce glare while providing a clean print face for graphics, text, and promotional imagery. The ultra-removable adhesive is designed for applications where graphics may need to be removed or updated without the aggressive bond of a permanent adhesive, making it well suited for temporary signage, retail graphics, wall graphics, decals, and promotional displays.
The scored liner is the key production advantage of this product. PVS528UR uses a 78# bleached kraft back-scored liner with score lines spaced 1.25" apart, allowing the backing paper to split and peel away more easily during decal and sticker application. MacTac lists this product for solvent inkjet, solvent screen, latex, UV cured screen, UV inkjet, and UV offset printing, with roll sizes available in 54" x 150' and 60" x 150'.
