General Formulations® GFC230 AutoMark™ 2.4-mil Gloss White Conformable Wrap Vinyl is a 2.4 mil premium calendared gloss white vinyl engineered for vehicle wraps and high-performance printed graphics. The smooth gloss white surface produces vibrant, high-resolution prints for demanding wrap and decal applications.
The film features a permanent grey acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that improves opacity and helps prevent underlying surfaces from showing through the graphic. The adhesive also offers excellent repositionability during installation, making it easier for installers to align graphics accurately before final bonding.
GF 230 is mounted on a 90# Air Egress layflat liner, which allows trapped air to escape during installation for smooth, bubble-free application. The liner also maintains dimensional stability during printing, cutting, and installation.
This wrap vinyl is compatible with solvent, latex, and UV-curable inks commonly used in wide format digital printing systems.
