MacTac® Printvinyl Scored Permanent PVS528P 3.2-mil Matte White Print Film is a printable permanent vinyl film designed for decals, product stickers, packaging labels, wall graphics, signage, promotional graphics, and general printed display applications. This film is built for wide-format digital and screen print production where a matte white printable surface, strong permanent adhesion, and easy liner removal are important.
This material features a 3.2 mil matte white polymeric vinyl film with a permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, making it intended for graphics that need to stay bonded rather than remove cleanly after short-term use. The matte white surface helps reduce glare while providing a clean print face for text, graphics, labels, and promotional imagery. The permanent adhesive is the defining difference in this version, giving the film stronger long-term holding power for decals, labels, signage, and display graphics that are not intended to be repositioned or removed as easily after application.
The scored liner is the key production feature of this product. PVS528P uses a 78# bleached kraft back-scored liner with score lines spaced 1.25" apart, allowing the backing paper to split and peel away more easily during decal and sticker application. This makes the film especially useful for decals, labels, retail graphics, and general signage where fast liner separation, efficient handling, and strong final adhesion are needed.
