MacTac® Roodle Scored ROS528 5.5-mil Matte White Removable Wall Vinyl is a printable removable wall and display film designed for smooth, flat surface applications where easier handling, clean graphic presentation, and removable adhesion are important. This film is commonly used for wall graphics, posters, point-of-purchase displays, trade show graphics, indoor and outdoor window graphics, promotional graphics, and general signage.
This material features a 5.5 mil matte white calendered PVC film with a pressure-sensitive removable acrylic adhesive, giving it more body and handling stability than thinner general-purpose print films. The thicker matte white face film helps reduce glare while providing a clean printable surface for graphics, text, and promotional imagery. Its removable adhesive is designed for graphics that need a stronger hold than ultra-removable wall films while still supporting removal from suitable smooth, flat surfaces.
The scored liner is the key production feature of this product. Roodle Scored uses a 78# white Kraft liner with a 2.5" back-score pattern, allowing the liner to split and peel away more easily during installation. This makes the film especially useful for wall graphics, decals, posters, retail graphics, and promotional displays where faster liner separation and easier application are important. MacTac lists ROS528 as compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, UV, and UV inkjet printing systems.
