ORACAL® 951 Premium Cast Vinyl

ORACAL® 951 Premium Cast Vinyl is a premium cast plotter film designed for high-quality lettering, markings, vehicle graphics, signage, and decorative graphics where conformability, dimensional stability, and long-term outdoor performance are important. The film is suitable for both flat and curved surfaces, making it a versatile option for automotive, marine, architectural, and commercial sign applications.

This material features a 2 mil premium cast PVC construction with a clear, solvent-based permanent adhesive. The thin cast construction provides excellent dimensional stability and conformability, allowing the film to follow curves, contours, and other shaped surfaces more effectively than general-purpose calendered vinyl. Its permanent adhesive provides a reliable bond for long-term graphics, while the film's resistance to fading and demanding climatic conditions helps maintain a consistent appearance in exterior applications. ORACAL® 951 is available in an extensive range of gloss, matte, transparent, and metallic colors for both functional and decorative graphics.

ORACAL® 951 is commonly used for car, truck, van, and trailer graphics, boat and marine graphics, architectural and automotive window graphics, interior and exterior signage, lettering, logos, and other precision-cut graphics. The film is engineered for clean plotter cutting and weeding, and gloss finishes are also compatible with thermal transfer printing using resin ribbons.
