ORAJET® 3751RA+ PS Premium Cast Wrap Print Film is a high-performance printable cast vinyl designed for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, boat wraps, commercial branding, and large-format graphics where conformability, repositionability, and efficient installation are important. Its gloss white printable surface provides a clean foundation for high-quality graphics while the cast construction allows the film to conform to curved and contoured surfaces.
This material features a 2.25 mil cast PVC construction with a gray, solvent-based polyacrylate adhesive engineered with ProSlide™ and RapidAir® technologies. ProSlide™ provides low initial tack and enhanced repositionability, allowing installers to slide and position large graphics more easily before final pressure is applied. RapidAir® air-egress technology allows trapped air to escape through the adhesive system, helping reduce bubbles and speed installation on large panels. The gray adhesive also improves opacity over underlying colors and existing graphics, while the adhesive can be removed with heat when the graphic reaches the end of its service period.
ORAJET® 3751RA+ PS is compatible with latex, solvent, eco-solvent, and UV-curable printing systems and is designed for long-term vehicle, fleet, marine, and spot graphic applications. For complete wrap systems, it can be paired with compatible ORAGUARD® cast overlaminates to protect printed graphics while maintaining the conformability required for demanding wrap installations.
